These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Lofty Print website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at the current UK rate (20%) at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

2. Artwork

You are responsible for supplying artwork that is print-ready and meets our specifications: 300dpi minimum resolution, CMYK colour mode, 3mm bleed on all sides, and important content at least 3mm from the trim edge.

Our pre-press team checks every file before printing. If your artwork does not meet our specifications, we will contact you. Printing will not proceed until artwork issues are resolved.

We are not responsible for errors in your supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design issues that were present in the original file.

3. Colour accuracy

We print in CMYK. Colours displayed on screen (RGB) may differ from the printed result. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match to on-screen proofs. For colour-critical work, we recommend requesting a printed proof (additional charges may apply).

Minor colour variation between print runs is normal in commercial printing and is not considered a defect.

4. Delivery

Delivery to Northern Ireland is free on all orders. UK mainland delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. Turnaround times are measured in working days from artwork approval and include both production and delivery.

While we aim to meet stated turnaround times, these are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays.

Quantities delivered may vary by up to 5% above or below the ordered quantity. This is standard practice in commercial printing.

5. Quality guarantee

All orders are covered by the Lofty Print Promise. If you are not satisfied with the print quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover issues arising from artwork supplied by the customer, including low resolution, incorrect colour mode, or missing bleed.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before artwork has been sent to print. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

7. Intellectual property

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to reproduce it. We are not responsible for copyright infringement in customer-supplied artwork.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, arising from any order or delay.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
