What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for trade customers and large orders. Get in touch with your typical volumes and we will put together a proposal.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. For best results, supply a print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed on all sides.

What is bleed and why do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Bleed is the area of your design that extends beyond the trim line, usually 3mm on each side. It ensures there are no white edges if the cut shifts slightly during trimming. Set your document size to the finished size plus 3mm on each side.

Question 7

My artwork is in RGB. Is that a problem?

Printers use CMYK, so RGB files will be converted automatically. This can cause colour shifts, particularly with bright greens, vivid blues, and neon colours. For the most accurate results, convert your artwork to CMYK before uploading.

Do you check artwork before printing?

Yes. Our pre-press team checks every order before it goes to print. If there is an issue (low resolution, missing bleed, wrong colour mode), we will contact you before proceeding.

Can you design my artwork for me?

We do not currently offer in-house design services, but we can recommend local designers. Email us and we will point you in the right direction.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free across Northern Ireland on every order, with no minimum spend. UK mainland delivery is available at checkout for a small additional charge.

How long does delivery take?

Turnaround times vary by product and are shown at checkout. Our fastest option is 2 working days (including print and delivery to NI). Standard turnaround is typically 4-5 working days.

Do you deliver outside Northern Ireland?

Yes. We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery charges and timescales for mainland orders are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are sent with tracked delivery. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is the Lofty Print Promise?

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your print, we will reprint it free of charge, no questions asked. Every order also includes a pre-press artwork check.

What if there is a problem with my order?

What paper stocks do you use?

We offer a range of stocks from 120gsm to 450gsm in both silk and uncoated finishes. Matt and gloss lamination is also available on most products. Full options are shown on each product page.
